Look at me in 4D!

Apologies for the long break between blog updates. It's been a bit frantic in our household and we were waiting for today's big milestone.

So, we've hit the 22 week mark! And that meant another visit to Dr Linnie Muller for a detailed scan and, the best bit, some 4D scan action.

Wren-Lee is growing beautifully!!! She's right on target with all her growth checkpoints, weighs an impressive 560 grams (I think it's impressive but it's quite normal for her gestational time frame) and she's definitely got my feet. Her daddy doesn't realise it yet, but having my feet means she'll also fit beautifully into designer shoes *sly chuckle* Dr Muller says everything is on track, all her organs are functioning properly, blood flow is great through the umbilical cord and her heart and her brain is forming nicely.

Thankfully, she was quiet today. Wren-Lee's been hyperactive for the last week and I was worried she wouldn't be still long enough for a good photo. But, after 6 straight days of having what felt like a rave in my uterus, she was pretty sleepy this morning. And so we got two great 4D pics. Enjoy and look out for some more posts over the weekend!

She has her little hands up in front of her mouth in this pic

The money shot!
